ELM Series

The ELM series is a highly versatile slide, and if used with a parallel-kit, it represents the ideal solution to set up synchronized movement systems.

Available in four sizes: 50, 65, 80, & 110, it has a self-supporting structure manufactured of anodized aluminum extrusion.  The thrust force is transmitted by a driving polyurethane belt reinforced with steel wires.  The carriage travels on a linear guide with two "maintenance-free" caged-balls blocks or on gothic arch bearings that roll on grinded and hardened bars.
A polyurethane sealing strip guarantees complete protection of the driving-belt and the linear guide against chips, liquids, or other contaminants.

The components used for the movement, (lubricant reservoir, caged balls of the blocks, and double-lip seals), promote a "maintenance-free" system.  ELM is the best product for applications in very aggressive working environments involving repeatability and high speed movements.
